🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Biochemistry or equivalent with 2 years of research experience
OR - Ph.D. in Biochemistry or equivalent
OR - B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D with 2 years of research experience
🌟 Desirable Experience:
- Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques (ELISA, RT-PCR, DNA extraction)
- Expertise in LC-MS/MS, HPLC, NGS
- Familiarity with clinical data analysis, flow cytometry, and statistical tools
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Perform DNA extraction, sample processing, and genotyping
- Collect and enter data (paper forms and eCRF)
- Support in report preparation, statistical analysis, and clinical monitoring
📝 Selection Process
Written Test Will Assess:
- Molecular biology and genetic principles
- Clinical research knowledge (especially in oncology)
- GCP and GLP understanding
- Basics of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Interview Will Evaluate:
- Subject knowledge in molecular biology
- Understanding of GCP/GLP
- Communication skills
- Aptitude for the research role
